At Physio Friend, we believe that there is no one best method to exercise or rehabilitate. Using equipment such as a Reformer, Trapeze Table, Fit Ball, Slam/Medicine Ball and Free Weights, the circuit training approach allows physiotherapists at Physio Friend to extract the best components from popular exercise systems such as Pilates, Weights Lifting, Aerobics and Body Resistance Training while still permitting an individually customisable exercise program to be prescribed in a group/class setting.
