The incidence of ankle injuries are increasing as most sports training resume in the new year. It is important to see a physio as soon as the injury occur to ensure accurate assessment and intervention. Our physios use a variety of methods to treat a sprained ankle.
One way to increase ankle stability is to use a bosu ball. Place the bosu ball next to the right leg and jump side to side placing one foot on a bosu ball when you jump to the right. Repeat with the bosu ball on the other side to work on the other ankle.
